Trapezaki Beach Kefalonia
Trapezaki village is a small and yet picturesque location. Guests can find a great many tavernas, shops, mini markets, and a marvellous beach. Trapezaki is a sandy, gently shelving beach and is ideal for children. There is a beach bar with a loan terrace, sun-beds and umbrellas and also a seafront restaurant with exceptional sea food.
The close proximity village of Lourdas offers a wider range of services along with another remarkable beach. It is also very close to Agios Thomas Beach ( 3km away). Saint Thomas is a unique beach that attracts children and adults with its crystal colourful water.
Kefalonia airport is approx 12km away and the tourist centre of Argostoli is just a 18-minute drive away, where you can visit numerous attractions, restaurants, cafes as well as shopping. It is also worth visiting the castle of Agios Georgios or Saint George (10km), where the view is enchanting.
The location is ideal for excursions to the many beaches of the island's southern coastline, such as the beaches of Pessada (5km), Avithos (11km), Ai Helis (12km), Ammes beach (12km), the famous Makris & Platys Gialos (16km) and many other sandy beaches in the area.
